Huge congrats to Rich Attonito who defeated Jamie Yager via TKO (punches) at 4:25 of round two in last nights Ultimate Fighter 11 Finale.

Rich broke his hand during the filming of the show, but was able to heal up in time for his primetime debut in the UFC. Rich put together a great training camp and was very focused going in to this fight

We hope you all had a great father's day! Tomorrow back on the mat with No Gi at 10am, then kids Gi at 5pm, Adults Gi begginers at 6pm, Adults Gi Advance at 7pm, and Adults Gi 8pm...
